The College provides administrative support to 12 research units, 12 graduate programs, 174 staff, 77 faculty, and over 600 students. This support includes finance, human resources, communications, promotions and tenure, hiring, etc. The Principal's office (with a staff of 22) directs this work, and ensures the overall effort is focused on the College's mandate of supporting interdisciplinary studies across UBC.
